Checkout Cart - We use this to build our checkout flow, including checkout pages, bump offers, upsells, downsells, and our affiliate program. This is like our CRM to see which products customers have purchased, manage their payment details, and keep shipping and payment information on file.
Membership Sites - We are in the process of migrating all of our courses and memberships over to Members Pro. It is the absolute best (and simplest) platform to build, organize, and protect membership content. No more hacking together WP plugins!
Lead Generation Forms - This creates pretty much all of the opt-in forms that you see across our sites. Exit-intent opt-ins, unique opt-ins on podcasts, slide-ins, and much much more. It's simple, the designs are beautiful, and it's priced really well.
Content Repurposing - This is the tool that we use to quickly convert content into PDFs. This is helpful to create quick lead magnets, bonuses for affiliate products, and even in-depth ebooks that you can sell.
Autoresponder - We use this to store all of our opted-in emails, send automated email followups, send broadcast emails, and tag customers based on purchase options.
Video Animator - We use Viddyoze to create cool animations, lower 3rds, intros, outros, and add things like special effects to videos. This is the simplest video editing tool on the planet and we love it!
Automated Webinars - We're starting to do more and more with webinars. We wanted a platform that managed both automated and live webinars. EasyWebinar is fairly inexpensive and ticks all the boxes.
Hiring Team Members - Acadium helps you find apprentices in your business. They'll work 10 hours per week for you and, if they do great work, you can hire the apprentice to join your team. (Previously GenM)
Graphic Design - All of the graphics we create are made with Snappa. Ads, sidebar banners, Instagram memes, podcast featured images, YouTube thumbnails. We literally make all of our graphics with this ($10) tool.
